  • Compilation of an individual guidebook of your move which is perfectly adapted to your company and your operational procedures.
  • A move coordinator is at your disposal during and after the move who also serves as a “central contact person”.
  • Trained and certified professional staff. Packing and unpacking of your files. Dis- and reassembly of your office furniture.
  • De- and reinstallation of your computer work stations. Use of modern transport logistics and transport means such as air sprung furniture removal trucks with customizable truck bodies and tail-lift, crane trucks, loading ramps, special boxes for files and PC’s, etc.
  • Transportation of your archives and when applicable disposal of your old files (including a certificate for the proper disposal with regards to the data protection rules).
  • If required there is available temporary storage for office furniture and files. 20- or 10-feet containers, open flats or platforms, open tops for oversize goods, wooden containers for small items.
  • Storage in our containers.
